Create and Modify HTML/CSS buttons

Below is an image of a typical coder

First lets create a blank html page with a standard set of headers. Copy the code below and paste it into a new Notepad document. Go File>Save As and name your file "html-css.html". Change the "Save as type" to "All Files" Save to your folder.
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<style>

</style>
</head>
<body>

</body>
</html>
Find your file in your folder and double click it. It should open in your default browser and be blank. Minimise your browser and go back to your file. Right click on it and select "Open With" and choose Notepad. You'll do this from now on every time you modify this file.
Lets add a simple html element to the file. Copy the code below and paste it into your html-css.html file inbetween the <body> header tags.
<a href="http://www.redlightrecords.com/">REDLIGHT</a>
Save and then double click to open.
